Requesting a Special Order Mask

1. Cost: Special order masks based on our existing designs usually range in price from €20 -€90 and can take 1 - 2 weeks until completion. Completely custom or one-of-a-kind commissions typically start at € 50-$500, and can take 2 - 4 weeks until completion.

2. Timeframe / waiting list: The actual start date of a special order piece will depend on the number of orders that have previously been scheduled during that time period, as well as the order's proximity to busy seasons or festivals such as Halloween (Sept/Oct).

3. Deadlines: If you have a specific deadline for the completion of a special order mask, please include this with your order request. Due to other projects already in our production schedule, we may not be able to accept an order with a very tight deadline. However, masks needed in a moderately short period of time may be possible with an additional rush order fee.

 
  
 

4. No copyright infringements: Please do not ask for an unlicensed reproduction of another artist's design. This includes most mask designs seen in movies or on television, as well as the unlicensed copying of design elements from original 2D or 3D artworks.

5. Mask style: If you are requesting a completely custom piece, the design you request should reflect a similar aesthetic to our masks.

6. Reference materials: If you can provide sketches, reference photos, or even fabric swatches, it can be very helpful in creating your special order mask. You can also refer to our gallery to help narrow down the specific style you are looking for.
